Die Wohnung ist eigentlich gut, aber es finden keine Reparaturen statt. Der Klodeckel im kleinen Bad fehlte, Regale im großen Bad waren nicht mehr vorhanden, die Badetuchstange war locker und eine Jalousie und ein Gardienenzug funktionierten auch nicht mehr. Der Wasserkocher ist undicht und es waren nur 2 Gläser vorhanden. Der Safe meldete einen niedrigen Batteriestand, so dass man beim Verschließen kein gutes Gefühl hatte.Die Mängelliste wurde zwar gelesen, aber bis auf 2 zusätzliche Gläser und eine Handvoll Batterien, fand keine Mangelbeseitigung statt. Sehr schade, da es eigentlich eine gut gelegene Wohnung ist. Derzeit allerdings mit einer U-Bahn-Baustelle vor der Tür.
