Perfect all around for us

The apartment looks just like the photos although the kitchen is actually larger than I expected. It's well equipped with everything we needed and having an underground parking garage was an added bonus. It's situated in a very quiet neighborhood with no less than 4 grocery stores within a few minutes walk and the S bahn station about 10 minutes walk. From there you can easily get to downtown Heilbronn. There is the Breitenaursee also within a short walk that provides fantastic views of the countryside.The apartment was clean and well organized with plenty of supplies. Our only complaint was not having any electric outlets close to the dining table. So we remedied that by gifting the apartment with an extension cord.All in all if you're looking for a quiet stay in a lovely apartment you can't go wrong here. And if you're lucky you may even get a visit from the neighborhood curious cat.

Gute Wohnung für zwei

Meine Frau und ich hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt in der Wohnung, die für zwei Personen reichlich groß ist. Wir haben gut und ungestört geschlafen. Wir konnten in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche uneingeschränkt kochen. Für unseren Pkw war Platz in der Tiefgarage. Als Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Löwensteiner Berge liegt die Wohnung nahe des Breitenauer Sees ideal; wir waren mit den Fahrrädern unterwegs. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Terasse der Wohnung liegt in einem kleinen Park mit Spielplatz, der von mehreren Mehrfamilienhäusern umschlossen ist. Es war ruhiger, als wir das erwartet hatten; so richtig privat ist man da natürlich nicht. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung für zwei.

Sehr sauberes und gut eingerichtetes Appartement

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, mit Gartenanteil. Alles sehr schön eingerichtet, auch in der Küche alles da, was man braucht. Die Betten sehr bequem. Das Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Startpunkt für schöne Ausflüge ins Umland

Wir haben uns in der bestens ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch zwei Regentage waren in gemütlicher Umgebung kein Problem. Vor allem aber ist der Standort Obersulm bestens geeignet, mit Radtouren die schöne Umgebung zu erkunden.

Komfortable Unterkunft, um die Umgebung um Heidelberg kennzulernen.

Saubere und gepflegte Wohnung, tolle Küche, gute Betten und eine schöne Terrasse. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte reibungslos. Wir hätten uns über ein paar touristische Infos zur Umgebung gefreut, wurden aber im nahegelegenen Rathaus fündig. Ein Netto für den täglichen Einkauf ist gleich um die Ecke. Man erreicht viele interessante Ziele in wenigen Minuten. Den zweiten Fernseher und die Espressomaschine in der Anzeige gibt es nicht. Wir haben nichts vermisst.
