Nestled between lively Warnemünde and elegant Heiligendamm, you’ll find miles of beaches, clear Baltic Sea waters, and the famous “Ghost Forest” right above the cliffs—a magical spot for sunset strolls. In our popular Villa Seestern apartment complex, which features several 2- and 3-room apartments, we welcome you to a cosy 3-room maisonette holiday apartment on the 2nd floor (approx. 52 m²) with a sunny south-facing balcony. Just 500 m (about a 6–7-minute leisurely walk) separates you from the beautiful sandy beach—perfect for relaxing days by the sea. This very inviting apartment can accommodate up to 4 people plus a baby up to 3 years old. Two separate bedrooms provide plenty of space for you. You’ll find additional amenities listed below.

• Bedroom II: Up the stairs to the open loft, two single beds (90x200 m), guest fold-out bed + guest mattress, closet, nightstands, lamps, blackout curtains available for the skylights

• Included children’s amenities: travel cot, high chair, stair gate upstairs

• Entryway: coat rack, shoe rack

• Storage room: cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, bucket, etc.
