Tolle Lage, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Fantastische Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Ostsee und die Fehmarnsundbrücke. Außensauna. Terrasse in Südlage mit Strandkorb. Die Einrichtung ist sauber, wirkt aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr gutes Restaurant in ca 1 km Entfernung.

Tolle Unterkunft - schwierige Hausverwaltung

Tolles Haus, super Ausstattung und Umgebung. Alles sauber und schön ruhig. Nur die Hausverwaltung ist m.E. etwas schwierig. Ein Umzug der Verwaltung wurde mit keinem Wort mitgeteilt und man musste erstmal umständlich den neuen Standort suchen.

Liebe Karina, vielen Dank für Ihre lieben Worte. Auch aus meiner Sicht als Vermieterin ist der Umgang schwierig und auch ich bin bis heute nicht offiziell darüber informiert worden. Es hieß nur, dass die Gäste und ich rechtzeitig informiert werden würden, was bis jetzt nicht passiert ist. Musste mir alles selbst heraussuchen. Wochenende am Fehmarnsund

Erwartet hat uns ein herzliches Anschreiben und eine Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses. Das Haus war in einem sehr reinlichen Zustand und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine Buchung kann nur empfohlen werden!

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum zufriedenstellend. Das Haus war schön und nett eingerichtet. Einige kleinere Renovierungen wären fällig wie bspw. die Wasserhähne, welche nicht mehr dicht sind. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet- allerdings fehlen Pfannen. Beim Check-in wurde unsere Buchung nicht gefunden, weswegen dieser relativ lange dauerte. Ansonsten alles top.

Tolles Haus direkt am Meer, etwas abgelegen

Super Haus, alles sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet. Nur leider wussten wir nicht, dass das mitgebrachte Laken eine Größe von 1,80 hätte haben müssen (vielleicht stand es aber auch irgendwo und wir haben es überlesen:-) wir haben aber direkt eines erhalten! Leider ein bisschen abgelegen, zum Abendessen immer Auto nötig. Aber das hätte man ja vorher wissen können. Insgesamt sehr schöner kurzer Aufenthalt, würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! :)

Tolles Ferienhaus

Ein wunderschönes Häuschen in perfekter Lage zum Entspannen. Man fühlt sich schnell wie Zuhause, weil alles so liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden und der Blick schon früh morgens vom Frühstückstisch auf die See ist ein Traum. Wir würden immer wieder hier unsere Ferien verbringen.

Traumhaus am Strand

Ich kann es einfach nicht anderst sagen.Es ist ein absolutes Traumhaus,die der Beschreibung mehr als nur gerecht wird!Es ist wunderschön mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr sauber!Es ist alles da was man benötigt um einen gelungen Urlaub zu verbringen.Familie Kahlke ist mehr als nur bemüht,alle Fragen und Probleme zu lösen.Man fühlt sich sofort heimisch und sehr gut aufgehoben.Auch der "Wohlfühlmanager" ist sehr freundlich und man merkt das alles gepflegt und in Ordnung gehalten wird.Die direkte Strandnähe ist nicht zu toppen und wir hatten quasi das Gefühl an einem Privatstrand zu liegen.Luxus pur!Kein überfüllter Strand und Massentouristmus im Gegenteil..Es war einfach traumhaft.Der Garten sowie das Häuschen sind super gepflegt!Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einfach atemberaubend schön!Wir haben uns sofort in das Häuschen verliebt.Wir hatten einen super Urlaub mit klasse Wetter.Tausend mal besser als jedes 5 Sterne Hotel!!Eins ist sicher wir kommen wieder nach Fehmarn und machen Urlaub im Hause von Familie Kahlke!!Vielen lieben Dank für dieses wunderbare Urlaubserlebnis!!Der Urlaub hätte,trotz Coronazeit nicht besser sein können!!!Liebe Grüße Familie Weber
