About this property

4 Bedroom Top-Floor Appartment with Mountain Views

Our 120m2 apartment has views over the mountains. The open plan living, dining and kitchen faces the alps. Down the corridor are four bedrooms - two with 160cm beds, one with 2x90cm beds and one with a 140cm sofa bed. One of the bedrooms has an en suite shower room and there is a shared bathroom with toilet and a separate shared toilet.

The whole apartment is available when we are away on holiday - it isn't a regular rental apartment so the drawers / wardrobes are full of our clothes! We take care in keeping our home in good condition and we ask that you do the same. We will clean before we leave but we don't employ professional cleaners. We don't charge a cleaning fee, so we ask that you leave our apparentment in the same condition you find it.

We live near to Geneva Airport (super convenient!) so you can sometimes hear planes taking off from 6am - midnight. The apartment is new and well insulated so it's not very noticeable.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We have lived in London, Oxford and now live in Geneva. We enjoy mountains, food, beer and languages. Luke is a teacher and Alice manages the administration of an international school.

In 2017-18 we travelled around the world and enjoyed being guests after three years of hosting in Oxford. Nowadays, we host mostly for environmental reasons - reducing the number of hotels necessary means more buildings can be dedicated to long-term accomodation and reduces the need for new construction. It also pays for most of our holidays!

Why they chose this property

It's close enough to easily cycle to Geneva, but a lot cheaper than living in the city centre! We love the mountains and it's easy to get to them on weekends and holidays.

What makes this property unique

This is our home and so we think that it's more warm, welcoming and well-equipped than a pure rental appartment. As this is our personal space, we usually only accept guests with good reviews - please let us know who is in your group and why you visiting the area.
