The holiday rental is located on the top floor of a single-family home, just a short distance from the beach and the harbour. The apartment features a beautiful 40-square-meter rooftop and sunroom with sliding glass panels.
You can relax wonderfully in the beach chair and listen to the birds singing.
The apartment consists of a large open space extending all the way to the roof ridge and features a small loft that can be used as a sleeping area for one or two children.
The large living and sleeping area is furnished with a double bed, a cosy couch, a dining table set, a sideboard with a Magenta TV, a bookshelf, and a dish rack. 
The kitchenette is located in the entryway and features a sink, a refrigerator, a microwave, an induction cooktop, all necessary cookware, and a coffee maker. The bathroom features a shower—everything is brand-new and finished with high-quality Mediterranean-style tiles.
