The bus stop is within walking distance (6 minutes), providing quick access to city centre Kiel (approx. 12 km to Kiel) and the surrounding area. Shops for daily necessities are located about 1.5 km away. The barrier-free “Kapitänswohnung” is located on the ground floor of the Kajüte Holtenau and measures 75 square metres.
