Our apartment is located on the top floor of a detached single-family home in Kiel-Holtenau, with a direct view of the Kiel Canal. The city centre, the surrounding area, and the beautiful beaches are all within easy reach by car or public transport.
Completely renovated and refurnished in 2016, the apartment is ideal for 1–2 people.
It measures 64 square metres and consists of a combined living/dining area with an integrated, fully equipped kitchenette and access to a spacious balcony. 
The balcony faces south/west and offers a direct view of the Kiel Canal. Here you can enjoy your breakfast while looking out over the world’s busiest artificial waterway for seagoing vessels.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in, spacious shower.
Enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the cosy bedroom with a comfortable 180 x 200 cm double bed. A spacious built-in closet is available for your clothing. Additionally, a 32-inch flat-screen TV is provided in the bedroom. 
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and is included in the rental price.
Check-in and check-out are both by 2:00 p.m. Individual times may be arranged depending on availability.
