Guest apartment, 1st floor (No. 02) - Klähn guest apartments

This apartment is located on the ground floor. The living room/bedroom (approx. 23 m²) features two separate beds as well as a sitting area with a sleeper sofa and an armchair. The apartment can therefore accommodate up to three guests. A flat-screen TV is, of course, also provided. - A second, veranda-like room (approx. 10 m²) is directly adjacent. It houses a fully equipped kitchen. - The bathroom (approx. 6 m²) is located outside these rooms but on the same floor, only about three metres away. It is available exclusively to the tenants of this unit. - The other rooms on the floor are not rented out but are used only occasionally by the landlord and his family.



Our charming city villa is located about 1.5 km south of the main train station, making the city centre easily accessible on foot or by bike. Shopping options and a bus stop are in the immediate vicinity.
Depending on the size of your vehicle, you can park either on the street across from the house or in a public car park located about 50 metres away. A mere 5-minute walk takes you to the Viehburger Gehölz, a beautiful old forest spanning nearly 70 hectares.
In our city villa, we offer two guest apartments: one on the ground floor and one on the ground floor, both with a view of the garden.



On-site costs: The total rent for both apartments is 50 € per night each for up to two guests. For three guests, the rent is 65 € per night. Final cleaning is included in the rent for stays of at least two nights. For shorter stays, a cleaning surcharge of 20 € applies. Special rates apply during Kiel Week.
