This Villa is located only a few walking minutes away from the white sandy beach in a well maintained complex. In the livingroom of about 50 m2 you will find a stereo installation, tv-set, kitchen and a generous eating corner. On the from the outside invisible Patio you find a private pool, teakwood chairs an table, sunchairs and a sunscreen. Through the Patio you reach the sleeping part of the Villa with 2 bedrooms (2 singel beds and 1 double bed) and a bathroom. The generous bathroom with daylight contains a shower, toilet and bidet. Through the Patio you reach as well the big sunningterass with fantastic seaview on the bay of Costa Calma. A good place for having a nice diner and to start or end the day in a comfortable way.


Ideal holiday location: In the Costa Calma you find a lot of shopping posebilities. Good resaurants, various car-rental companies and a lot of sporting and freetime options.

sehr schön

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich. Es ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Der Pool ist das Highlight im Haus. Der reinigt sich jeden Abend von selbst :-) Die Wegbeschreibung vom Flughafen zum Haus war sehr gut beschrieben. Wir haben es sofort gefunden. Die Begrüßung war sehr nett. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Wir haben am selben Abend der Ankunft noch eingekauft.Der Einkaufsladen liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Ein Mietwagen ist ein muss. Das fahren auf den Straßen von Fuerteventura hat meinen Sohn riesigen Spaß gemacht. Keine Ampeln und sehr gut einsehbar. Wir haben einige Restaurants in der Umgebung besucht und waren mit jedem sehr zufrieden.Es wurde sogar Deutsch gesprochen. Der Urlaub in Costa Calma war sehr schön. LG Petra und Yannic aus Wolfsburg

Das Objekt ist wie beschrieben

Wir haben als Familie 4 Personen eine tolle Zeit gehabt. Auto wird schon benötigt wenn man was sehen möchte und für den ersten Einkauf zum Start. Kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in 15.min erreichbar oder mit dem E-Roller in 4 min. Uns hat es allen gefallen.

Great getaway.

Großzügiges Appartment mit schönem Ausblick

Sehr schönes geräumiges Appartment! (Entspricht zu 100% den Bildern im Internet). Ruhige am Ortsrand gelegene Appartmentanlage mit fussläufigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dennoch sehr nahe am (viele) kilometerlangen feinen Sandstrand (großer Surf- und Kite Spot) und fantastischem Panorama. Das schöne Patio (Innenhof mit kleinem Pool) bietet sich an um ab und zu etwas Windstille genießen zu können , da es ansonsten immer recht windig ist. (Reisezeit : Juni 2017) Appartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Einziger Kritikpunkt aus unserer Sicht war das sehr unzuverlässige WLAN . Sonst alles prima (sehr freundliche Begrüßung/Betreuung durch die deutschsprachigen Verwalter ). Insel ansonsten etwas karg und für Wanderer eher nicht so geeignet - es sei den man liebt Fels und "wüstenartige" Steppe (kaum ein grünes Fleckchen zu finden) , aber für Windsurfer und Kiter aufgrund der "wind-exponierten" Lage traumhaft schön. Und wer sucht und gut zu Fuß ist, findet auch traumhaft schöne abgeschiedene Fels-/Strandbuchten, in denen man auch in der Hochsaison noch einsam sein kann.

Villa Louisa Nr. 22 in Costa Calma

Wir haben ein sauberes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus vorgefunden, daß wir uns aus einem Online-Inserat ausgesucht haben.Die Angaben aus dem Inserat waren präzise und korrekt und haben unsere Vorstellungen sogar noch übertroffen.Zu den angegebenen Bürozeiten war immer ein Ansprechpartner für uns da, der uns mit guten Tipps und Insider-Wissen versorgt hat.Wir waren von der Villa so begeistert, daß wir eine Unmenge an Bildern gemacht haben und diese auf CD`s brannten für unsere neugierigen und interessierten Arbeitskollegen. Unser besonderer Dank gilt Eddie der uns auch schon im Vorfeld bei mehreren Telefonaten mit wichtigen Informationen versorgt hat. Monika+Arthur

Wunderschönes Urlaubs-Haus!

Wir waren im August 2012 für zwei Wochen in der „Villas Patio“ Ferienanlage. Gewohnt haben wir in der Villa Louisa. Vor dem Reihenhaus gibt es einen privaten PKW-Stellplatz. So kann man das Gepäck und auch die Einkäufe ganz bequem, ohne große Wege in das Haus tragen. Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich ein großzügiger und gut eingerichteter Koch-Wohnbereich. Ein Kamin ist vorhanden, den wir bei den Temperaturen natürlich nicht genutzt haben! In der Mitte des Gebäudes befindet sich ein zum Himmel offener, nicht einsehbarer Innenhof (mit großem Sonnenschirm), mit einem kleinen Pool und einem Zugang zur Dachterrasse. Im hinteren Trakt befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Dusche und WC. Im oberen Bereich gibt es eine gut nutzbare Dachterrasse und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit angeschlossenem Bad, was aber abgeschlossen ist und nur von dem Besitzer genutzt werden kann. Wir waren mit drei Personen (Mama, Papa, Söhnchen) hier und fanden es wunderschön! Die Räumlichkeiten sind schön geschnitten und gut und bequem eingerichtet. Unsere Mahlzeiten haben wir auf den Terrassen (mittags oben im Schatten/morgens und abends unten im Innenhof) eingenommen. Das Meer ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und man hat von der Terrasse (links und rechts an einem Hotelkomplex vorbei – uns hat das nicht gestört) einen wundervollen Meerblick. Der Strand ist ein schöner Sandstrand. Es wären in Fußmarschentfernung Einkauf-Gelegenheiten vorhanden. (Wir fanden es sinnvoller, bei den Temperaturen auch dieses kurze Stück mit dem Auto zu fahren.) Auf Anfrage kann man das Passwort zum W-Lan erhalten. In meinem Handy hatte ich dann guten Empfang wenn ich mich auf der oberen Terrasse befand. Der Pool hat unseren Urlaub massiv aufgewertet. Durch die Selbstreinigung war das Wasser immer schön sauber. Unser Sohn konnte selbsttätig im Pool schwimmen, und wir konnten friedlich auf der Liege daneben liegen und lesen. Insgesamt waren wir ausgesprochen zufrieden mit der Villa Louisa, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, auch kleine Details (z. B. Flaschenöffner oder ein Sektglas fehlen in den meisten Appartements) waren vorhanden. Wir können diese Unterkunft, und sicherlich auch den restlichen Komplex der „Villas Patio“, für einen Urlaub mit Familie sehr empfehlen. Wir danken auch sehr der freundlichen Verwaltung, die bei Fragen (wo kauft man ein, wo geht man essen…) immer freundlich und hilfreich zur Seite stand. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren!
