Our "Ferienwohnung Neuwerk" holiday rental, which sleeps up to four people, features a spacious living room, a separate bedroom, an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and two balconies.
Large windows that let in plenty of natural light give the holiday rental a cosy atmosphere.

Two balconies (north- and south-facing) guarantee you wonderful moments of relaxation! You can access the smaller north-facing balcony from the kitchen and the larger south-facing balcony from the living room. Enjoy the warming rays of the sun and the refreshing North Sea air to the fullest!

The living room is furnished with a sofa area, cable TV, a stereo system, and a CD player. This way, you can make yourself comfortable even after a day at the beach or a bike ride. Free Wi-Fi is available for browsing on your smartphone.

A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area is integrated into the living room. A stove with an oven, a dishwasher, and various small appliances (kettle, coffee maker, etc.) make it easy for you to prepare your own meals.

The separate bedroom in the “Ferienwohnung Neuwerk” on Juist features a comfortable double bed. The comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room provides sleeping accommodation for two additional guests.

General Information: A travel cot and a high chair are standard amenities. A washing machine and dryer are available in the communal basement for a fee. Please understand that pets are not allowed in the “Ferienwohnung Neuwerk.”

The “Logirhaus Doyen” is located in a very central area. In just a few minutes, you can reach Juist’s idyllic town centre, where small boutiques as well as cosy cafes and restaurants invite you to take a stroll. The beautiful sandy beach is also just a few minutes’ walk away. Beach chairs for relaxing await you here, as do numerous sports activities—including surfing, sailing, beach volleyball, and exercise classes.

Töwerland—meaning "Enchanted Land"—is the affectionate name given to the North Sea island of Juist. Its enchanting charm, characterised by soothing tranquility, nearly untouched nature, and an idyllic atmosphere, captivates many guests every year.
