Quiet and clean little town with all the amenities you need near by. Apartment was very clean and homey during our stay. Centered only a couple hours from Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, Lava Hot Springs and Moon Crater National park.

This property was perfect for my wife and I and our two teenage daughters. We were in town for a concert at BYU Idaho and this was such a convenient spot. Just a few minutes from Rexburg. The property is brand new, very clean, modern, and well built home. Beds were super comfy. Would highly recommend..

We did not realize there would be guests upstairs so the washing machine/shower woke us the first couple nights. Unfortunately late night cooking upstairs set off smoke alarm one night sounding all over the house.All to say when I texted property mgr there were prompt replies.4 of 6 nights were quiet.Sugar City is very pleasant.
