This is a lovely, new property! Perfect for larger groups … all of the bedrooms were very comfortable and had their own en suite. Check in was super easy, and Gerald was very responsive before and during our stay. The house has parking for four cars, which was great because street parking is limited. If you are unfamiliar with Houston, the Third Ward is going through an exciting revitalization but it still has a bit of city grit, so it's a good idea to practice standard urban mindfulness. Unexpected bonus … the hot tub on the fourth floor has an amazing view of Houston’s skyline. Highly recommend!

My family travelled to Houston the first time with family who had moved there. The this two-car garage, four-level property was just what we desired in terms of space. We were near three HEB grocery stores, and down the the street from Texas Southern University, an HBCU. The neighborhood was quiet and the view from the rooftop was fantastic. It was also a great spot for the cigarette smokers to go. The owner, Mr. Hanson, was top notch. Whether, I text or called him, he responded within a 10 minutes, and most times even sooner. He supplied clearly written house rules that covered our stay and for checking out. This will always be the first place I check for availability when we go to visit again.
