Welcome to Valparaiso a wonderful modern spacious 3 bedroom, air conditioned, Self-Catering Apartment, Rental Holiday home, for your perfect Vacation in Nerja, Costa Del Sol, Andalucia, Southern Spain. This beautiful three-bedroom, Self-catering apartment, is situated within 300 metres of Burriana Beach and close to all its amenities and the very picturesque old town of Nerja, with its typical Andalucian whitewashed narrow streets, and the bustling Balcon de Europa, with it’s fabulous views of the coastline, and all its pavement cafes and bars. The climate in Nerja is wonderful and really is the best in Europe. In the winter months, the temperature can be easily warm enough to sunbathe, and spend time on the beach, yet within an hour and a half drive away in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, you can spend the morning skiing on the slopes there.



The Holiday Vacation apartment boasts a lovely swimming pool and a separate children’s pool. With a lovely surrounding pretty garden area. So many aspects to this gorgeous apartment, including a good sized balcony area, entry to which is through the lounge patio doors. This terrace is equipped perfectly for El Fresco dining and 2 sun beds are provided for just relaxing and enjoying the Costa Del Sun, which this region so generously provides.



This apartment is all contained on one floor and from May 2016 it will be fully air conditioned in all bedrooms and lounge area.



Valparaiso urbanisation has a community room where free good speed WIFI is also available



Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at Valparaiso. Close walk to the beach as well as to the old town. Enjoyed also good golfing. Was quite cold in the flat when we came in January. Longed for warm bed covers instead of of blankets. A nice apartment but need some upgrades. Comfortable sofas but not very clean looking. We stayed for 2 1/2 month. All problems that accured were taken care of rapidly.

Pros: Vi tilbragte 10 dejlige solskinsdage i Nerja, som vi fandt, var et meget dejligt sted. Skønne udsigter. Dejlige restauranter og forretninger. Ren by. Dejligt var det, at der ikke er den ene høje hotelbygning efter den anden! God atmosfære. Kommer gerne tilbage.
