Great location/pool, but house equipment old/low => expensive

The service provided by the rental company was very good. The outside area of the finca was wonderful, quiet and even with a sea view. However, the poor interior diminished the relaxing effect. The kitchen is really old, the power fuse sometimes blows, the dishwasher doesn't wash, just makes loud noises, in the bathroom something doesn't work here and there. Air conditioning is limited in time, but you can negotiate something for an extra charge. Conclusion: A lower price would be appropriate for the interior.

Thank you for your comments. Even if the holiday home is not new and modern, all should work. Sure, we will check the dishwasher. We public the holiday home with limited air con. Comparing prices with other holiday homes, we know the price is correct for this holiday home for 8 people.
