Welcome to our lovingly furnished ground-floor vacation apartment, “Schwalbennest”—your personal retreat in the Swabian Alb. Quietly located and easily accessible for people with limited mobility, the apartment offers the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation for couples, families, or friends.

The spacious living area with a cozy wood-burning stove invites you to enjoy cozy evenings—any time of year. From here, you have direct access to the covered south-facing terrace, which opens onto the natural garden: perfect for breakfast in the sun, quiet reading sessions, or a glass of wine in the evening.

The open kitchen with a modern cooking island is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and much more) and makes cooking together a pleasure. Adjacent to the kitchen is a practical storage room with a vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, ironing board, and iron.

Two quiet bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep:
– Bedroom 1 with a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm)
– Bedroom 2 with two single beds (90 × 200 cm each)
Fresh bed linens are, of course, included.

The modern bathroom features double sinks, a walk-in shower, a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, and hand and bath towels. Additionally, a separate guest restroom with a washing machine is available—especially convenient for longer stays.

We’ve thought of many details to ensure your comfort: underfloor heating, fly screens on all windows and doors, Wi-Fi, TV, and numerous little extras to make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

The garden is intentionally maintained in a natural way—without fertilizers or pesticides—and invites you to take a deep breath, relax, or play. Free parking is available right next to the house.
