Vacation home "Zur Abzuchtinsel" - 4 stars - 85sqm - climate - in the middle of the city

The entire house was completely renovated in June 2020 and has been awarded 4 stars according to the DTV classification criteria.
The Booking Award for 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025—with a score of 9.1 out of 10—also speaks for itself. A stay for up to 6 people is no problem, as we have 2 completely separate bedrooms and a pull-out sofa bed.

Babies and toddlers are welcome here.
A cot, a high chair, and a bottle warmer are available free of charge upon request.

Accommodation information:
Our lovingly and modernly furnished holiday home is centrally located and just 250 metres from the market square.

Access to the house is via a private bridge—typical of the Old Town—which crosses the Abzucht.

The entire property is equipped with state-of-the-art climate control technology.
You can adjust your desired room temperature individually for each floor at any time using a remote control.

The house features two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with seating for cosy get-togethers, and a living room that is modern and brightly furnished.

The living room also features an Xbox One with more than 10 games and controllers—alternatively, you can use it as a Blu-ray player.

Nintendo Switch fans will also find plenty to enjoy here—a Switch console with 4 controllers and several high-quality games ensures family fun.

In addition, you’ll have access to a washing machine, an extensive selection of HD TV channels, and free Wi-Fi, among other amenities.

A portable grill and seating are also available free of charge.

There’s a large car park nearby that you can use for free with our parking pass (provided at the accommodation).
Check in whenever you like: To check in after 3:00 PM, simply cross the on-site bridge and go through the courtyard gate. Then enter the code into the black keypad on the right side of the door. The code will be emailed to you after your booking. The guest fee is included in the final price.

Information about the area:
City landmarks such as the Imperial Palace, the Siemens family’s ancestral home, the Marktkirche, the legendary Goslar Glockenspiel, as well as the Tin Figure Museum and the Zwinger with its old dungeons are all within a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. Restaurants, pubs, and bars are also within a 10-minute walk—more detailed information, brochures, flyers, and menus can be found in the large flyer rack at the accommodation.

The guest tax of €3.30 per person per day and the final cleaning fee are included in the total price.
