This holiday rental has been lovingly renovated and features numerous highlights and an appealing design. All of our Grazrentals apartments are located next to one of the oldest Gründerzeit villas in the heart of Graz.
In the historic “red flat” apartment, you’ll find a wonderfully wide double bed, a comfortable pull-out sofa, beautiful fabrics, warm room colours with designer wallpaper, and a cosy sitting area. Perfect for a stay in Graz for up to 4 people. Just arrive, unwind, relax, and enjoy Graz to the fullest.

Both rooms in the "red flat" face the entrance to ReSoWi (Karl-Franzens University of Graz) The fully equipped kitchen—complete with a microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker—and the dining area invite you to gather together for a cosy time. In the bathroom, you’ll find a spacious shower as well as a washing machine with a dryer function. This holiday rental is ideal not only for a short city break in Graz but also for a longer stay or your business trip. The bedroom features a double bed of excellent hotel quality (180x200 cm) and a smaller children’s bed (85x160 cm). You’ll also find a pull-out sofa bed (180x200 cm) in the kitchen-living room. We’re happy to provide a cot and high chair upon request. Parking is also taken care of, as a secure parking space is available.
For a hearty breakfast, pick up fresh rolls and pastries at the on-site bakery, which is just a one-minute walk from the holiday apartment. A cot for toddlers and a high chair are available separately upon request. A free, secure parking space is also available.
