The Passat Holiday Residence features a beautiful swimming pool* and a sauna*, and is located just a 2-minute walk from the magnificent Döser sandy beach on a quiet cul-de-sac.

Many apartments offer a north-facing lake view with a south- or southeast-facing balcony. The apartments without a lake view have south- or east-facing balconies.

The building has an lift and underground parking or parking spaces. Washing machines and dryers are available for a fee. Bicycles can be locked up in the garage or in front of the building. Some apartments offer free Wi-Fi.

Shopping, a bus stop, and restaurants are all nearby.

The spa park, with its large “Seeräuber” adventure playground and animal enclosures, as well as the heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach, are within walking distance. The “Spielkogge” at the Döse Beach House is also just a few minutes away.
