1-zimmer Ferienappartement mit Seeblick im Haus JAN AM Strand

Completely renovated one-room apartment on the 4th floor with a balcony and lake view, plus a beach chair (May 1–Sept. 30) on the sandy beach. Living/sleeping room with a fold-out bed, couch, two armchairs, TV, and Blu-ray player. Fully equipped open-concept kitchen with built-in table and 4 chairs, 4-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Bathroom with spacious shower, sink, and toilet. The free underground parking space has a height limit of 1.49 m. The owner also provides guests with a parking permit for the municipal car park in front of the house. (Jan. 1–Dec. 31)


Complex:

The “Jan am Strand” apartment building captivates with its maritime ambiance and is situated in a prime location, directly behind the dike. The picturesque sandy beach of Döse is just a one-minute walk away. Depending on the apartment’s location, you can enjoy an exclusive view of the International Shipping Route and the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, the Wadden Sea, on the north side. On the south side, a sun-drenched spot with an enchanting view of the countryside awaits you.

All apartments are comfortable, accessible via lift, and come with a designated underground parking space. Both the apartments and the penthouse units at “Jan am Strand” feature balconies or spacious terraces.

The Spielkogge at the Döse Beach House is within sight, and the expansive “Seeräuber” adventure playground in the spa park as well as the heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach are all within walking distance. Washing machines and dryers are available in the building.

From 03.11.2025 through approximately 12.12.2025, the heating and hot water systems at “Jan am Strand” will be replaced.
• Hot Water: A temporary hot water supply will be available during the work. Please note that the water pressure may be lower than usual.
• Heating: During this period, only portable electric heaters (e.g., oil-filled radiators) will be available in the apartments, as central heating will not be possible.
• Noise Disturbance: Due to the dismantling and installation work, construction noise is to be expected during this period.

Durch die sehr schöne weihnachtliche Dekoration im Eingangsbereich und die kleine Aufmerksamkeit mit Keksen und Marmelade zur Begrüßung habe ich mich als Gast direkt willkommen und wohl gefühlt.

Wir würden durch die Suche einer barrierearmen Unterkunft auf das Haus Jan aufmerksam und waren nun zum dritten Mal da. Und jaaaa, wir haben gleich für nächstes Jahr gebucht, dann für zwei Wochen. Alles hat uns gefallen. Wir fühlen uns in Döse am wohlsten, weil dort nicht solche Menschenmassen sind .

Wir waren letztes Jahr schon einmal Gast im Haus Jan und fanden den Flyer. Da ich auf Grund meiner Einschränkungen auf ein barrierearmes Umfeld angewiesen bin, war man schon bei meiner Suche und Buchung einer geeigneten Unterkunft sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und beantwortet meine vielen Fragen stehe geduldig. Das Apartment 408 ist schön und Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Wir konnten den Rollstuhl in einem Raum im EG abstellen und laden. Das Haus war steht's sauber. Was mir besonders gefiel war, dass man auf meine Bitte um einen Duschhocker sofort reagierte und einen bereitstelle. Wir haben direkt fur nächstes Jahr gebucht.

Wir waren bereits das 7 Jahr in ihrem Haus Appartement 408 und möchten gerne wieder Gast 2024 bei Ihnen sein. Im Kleiderschrank ist wenig Platz zur Ablage. Im Unteren Gefach lagern Inletts für Herbst/Winter die viel Platz im Schrank nehmen. Vieleicht könnte man diese Inletts woanders lagern so dass man mehr Platz im Schrank hat. Ein großes Problem ist für uns ist das Parken im Hubpark-System da unser PKW zu hoch für den Stellplatz 408 ist. Wir waren schon das 7 Jahr in der Ferienwohnung 408. Leider hat sich beim Parken in der Parkbox 408 für uns nichts geändert Hier wäre eine Parkerlaubnis ersatzweise für die Parkbox 408 auf der Straße oder Parkpltz gegenüber sehr hilfreich. Cuxhaven und Umgebung ist immer wieder Sehenswert. Hafen und AlteLiebe super schön.
