Apartment No. 10 on the 1st floor of the NAUTILUS building offers a direct view of the lake and consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Amenities include, among other things, a refrigerator, electric stove with ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, flat-screen TV, and radio.<br>Of course, the apartment also features free Wi-Fi and a numbered parking space. A washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are located in the basement.<br>Rentals for fewer than 7 nights are available upon request:<br><br>Information about the surrounding area:<br>A new construction project is planned in the immediate vicinity; as of now, construction is scheduled to begin at the end of summer 2026. Construction is expected to last for at least 18 months. During this time, there may be occasional noise and dust, particularly on weekdays. The work will be carried out by third parties and is beyond our control. Any resulting inconveniences do not constitute a defect in the rental property itself. (As of April 2026)<br><br><br>Attachment:<br><br> The Nautilus building stands out for its exclusive, front-row location on the Duhn beach promenade, just a few steps from the sandy beach. Each of our apartments offers a direct view of the international shipping lane as well as the island of Neuwerk, which is part of the UNESCO Wadden Sea World Natural Heritage Site.<br><br>In the immediate vicinity of the building, you will find a wide variety of restaurants and shopping options.<br><br>The complex is equipped with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. In addition, each apartment has its own numbered parking space.<br><br>Note regarding the surrounding area:<br>A new construction project is planned in the immediate vicinity; as of now, construction is scheduled to begin at the end of summer 2026.
