CONDO 2 BEDRM, EXPANSIVE PRIVATE DECK! WALKABLE to all HOT SPOTS w/ POOL
Unique condo (not a high rise) that has private entrance with an expansive deck, offers privacy and huge outdoor space that is hard to find!! Also, large POOL, hardly used.
• 2 blocks to beach, 4 blocks to the bay restaurants
• Sleeps 6 people comfortably
• DECK: is about 400 sq feet --dining room and living room outside.
• POOL: very private, only 22 condo owners in complex, hardly anyone there during the week!
• Washer and dryer in the condo
• Storage unit: beach chairs, cool cabana, beach toys
• 2 blocks to beach, 4 blocks to the bay restaurants
• Sleeps 6 people comfortably
• DECK: is about 400 sq feet --dining room and living room outside.
