Tolles Ferienhaus in der Nähe von Maribor

Wir (eine Familie mit 3 schon etwas größeren Kindern) hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt über Ostern in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Als wir ankamen wurden wir trotz strömenden Regen von Vid, dem Eigentümer, begrüßt. Die Kommunikation vorher, während des Aufenthalts und auch danach lief reibungslos (Vid spricht fließend deutsch) und es war immer unglaublich freundlich und zugewandt. Die Angaben bei fewo-direkt stimmen fast, aber nur fast. Verschwiegen wurde nämlich, dass die Küche deutlich besser ausgestattet ist als angegeben (2 Kaffeemaschinenen, Kontaktgrill etc). Und der Pool war entgegen der Angaben bereits gefüllt (und sehr einladend). Es gab eine überdurchschnittliche Grundausstattung des Hauses, Putzuntensilien, Klopapier etc.. Außerdem stand auf dem Tisch ein geschmückter Osterstrauß und es gab Ostereier/-hasen für die Kinder, Marmelade, Likör und Wein für die Eltern. Außderdem eine Schneidebrett für daheim und Ostern brachte Vid ein slovenisches Osterbrot. Das Haus ist neu und gepflegt. 3 Schlafzimmer (1 King, 2 Queenbetten) und ein großer Wohn-Koch-Essbereich mit moderner Einbauküche. Alles intakt, stilvoll und stylisch. Außerdem ein schönes Bad und eine Art Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Klo und Waschmaschiene. Der Pool war trotz März bereits gefüllt. Der Garten großzügig bemessen und schön möbiliert. Man hat eine wunderbare Aussicht in südlicher Richtung. Insgesamt sehr ruhige Wohnlage an einer kleinen, etwas renovierungsdürftigen Straße. Gerne wieder!

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Diese Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen! Wir waren dort mit einem Kleinkind (unter einem Jahr) und einem Hund. Das Haus und der Garten sind komplett eingezäunt. Die Nachbarn hatten bei unserem Urlaub keine Hunde. Daher perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Er konnte ohne Probleme im Garten bleiben. Das Haus ist sehr sehr sauber. Vid und seine Frau haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und waren immer für uns erreichbar, egal wann und um was es ging. Von dem Haus hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Das Haus läd zur Erholung ein. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Top Unterkunft mit super Vermieter

Der Aufenthalt war einwandfrei. Die Ankunft mit der Schlüsselübergabe lief super. Vid und seine Frau haben sich nach uns gerichtet und waren sofort bei unserer Ankunft da. Die Unterkunft war in einem sauberen und einladenden Zustand. Als Gastgeschenk gab es eine leckere Flasche Wein und ein selbstgemachtes Schneidebrett. Die frischen Schnittblumen auf dem Esszimmertisch haben das Gesamtpaket abgerundet. Es waren ausreichend Handtücher zur Verfügung. Es gab Spülmaschinentabs, Waschmaschinentabs und Kohle für den Grill. Das Grundstück war komplett eingezäunt und somit gut nutzbar für unseren Hund. Die Unterkunft verfügt über zwei Toiletten, was bei 6 Personen super war. Die Kommunikation mit Vid und seiner Frau lief überdurchschnittlich gut und sie sprachen auch deutsch. Auf kleine Wünsche wurde sofort eingegangen. Sehr sympathisches Paar. Ihr Hund ist auch ein super Lieber und hat sich mit unserem Gut verstanden. Fünf Sterne von fünf und immer gerne wieder.
