The Regio Bahn stops in Dießen. It runs along the western shore and takes you to St. Alban, Riederau, Utting, or Schondorf. If you’re heading to Augsburg or Schongau, you don’t have to transfer. In Geltendorf, connecting trains to Munich and the Allgäu region are available. The steamboat takes you from Diessen to Stegen, Buch, Holzhausen, Utting, Riederau, or Herrsching.
