The Emerald Suite is a small getaway that punches far above its weight class. It is well equipped with modern appliances, and a host of handy smart-home features. My wife and I were ecstatic with our stay here and thought it was an excellent value. We have tons of experience with short-term stays and would not hesitate to stay here again.David went above and beyond as a host and made the stay feel truly accommodating. Without revealing all of his trade-tricks anyone staying at his property is truly in for a treat. During our stay there was a power outage that affected the neighborhood and caused a few glitches with some of the smart appliances in the unit but such events are so exceptional that they're not really worth consideration. David kept up amazing communication throughout the entire situation and helped us get everything back into perfect working order.For any light-sleepers, there is a utility fixture in one of the bedroom closets that can spring into action, however, it wasn't issue for either of us during our stay. The pictures were all extremely accurate to the stay and the kitchen came well equipped with utensils and cookware. My wife and I were able to cook and enjoy numerous meals during our stay.The neighborhood is just as advertised; super quiet and cozy. Perfect for long park walks. And with only a short drive or uber to the ferry we always felt like the city was accessible. We will definitely be booking again should the opportunity arise!
