Cidade linda que amamos! Sempre que possível viajamos para cá. O apartamento muito bom. É do jeito que o anúncio publica. Localização privilegiada, vista incrível, recepção do prédio educada bem como a responsável pelo apartamento. Tudo perfeito.

O apartamento é bom e a vista é linda.
A experiência ruim fica por conta da administração que é péssima.
Caso tenha problemas não espere que resolvam.
Totalmente na contra mão do mercado onde o foco é voltado para a experiência do cliente.
Deveriam frequentar mais alocação de temporada para terem exemplos de excelência.
Eu não volto e nem recomendo.

O Problema da sua infracao nas regras do condominio e recebimento de multa foram realmente um inconveniente para voces , mas gostaria de deixar claro, que esse ocorrido nao tem ligacao nenhuma conosco ou com o aluguel do apartamento. Eu, como proprietaria, nao tenho absolutamente nenhuma influencia nas normas e leis do condominio e infelizmente nao pude mudar o ocorrido! Quem paga a multa é o infrator!
Outro ponto: Nós simplesmente alugamos uma propriedade particular, nao somos ligadas a nenhuma rede hoteleira. Tentamos agradar no maximo possivel nossos hospedes. Sendo assim, é bom lembrar, que nem sempre temos os mesmos tipos de servicos de um hotel.
De qualquer maneira , agradeço a vocês a escolha de nosso apartamento e prometo, em próximas vezes, uma melhoria na resolução dos pequenos problemas (no que se refere a nossa parte)! Estou trabalhando para isso!
