The apartment is not available for rent to contractors. The fully renovated 2-room ground-floor apartment is spacious, quiet, and bright. To the left of the entrance is the living room with a TV, Wi-Fi, and an open-concept kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. The living room also leads out to the south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy sunny afternoons. To the right of the entrance is the bedroom with a new, 1.80m-wide box-spring bed. Between the rooms is the naturally lit bathroom, which features a toilet and shower. A coin-operated laundry machine is also available in the adjacent building, which you are welcome to use. Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are allowed upon request (10 per night/pet). A cot can be provided upon request (free of charge). A security deposit of 150 euros is required on site. Washing machine in the adjacent building available for a fee; parking, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, and bed linens are included.
