About this property

Mone's vacation apartment Klötze with air conditioning, terrace and balcony

Our holiday rental is located on the top floor of our residential building and has a floor area of approximately 79 square metres, including a balcony. It is designed to accommodate 5 people, plus a travel cot for children and toddlers. Tradespeople are also welcome. The space is divided into a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and a small room with an extra bed in the form of a two-seater sofa bed or a children’s air mattress and/or travel cot. The kitchen is fully equipped. A dishwasher, oven with ceramic cooktop, microwave, freezer, fully automatic coffee machine, and much more are available. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed.
In addition, the living room offers two sleeping options in the form of sofa beds. A sofa bed in an adjoining room is available for an additional guest. Various travel cots for children are also available.
The living room and bedroom are fully air-conditioned.
