The Rügen holiday rental (the apartment on the left) can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor of this 55-square-meter apartment is an open-concept kitchen equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and plenty of cooking utensils and dishes. The bright living room features a large sofa bed (140x200), a TV, a dining area, and access to the shared terrace. The bathroom, which has a window, is also located on the ground floor and is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and a washing machine.
There are two bedrooms on the upper floor. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200), a cot, ample storage space, and a desk. The second bedroom features two single beds (90x200) and a wardrobe.
Outside, there are parking spaces, a shared terrace and garden, as well as barbecue facilities.
For younger guests, there is a jungle gym and a sandpit.
The Usedom holiday rental is also located in the house; it is a mirror image of the Rügen holiday rental.



The Fischerkate Freest, located in the fishing village on the Bodden, comprises the 37-square-meter, historic-preservation-listed Ole Koot holiday home and the Fischerkate with its two 55-square-meter holiday apartments. The holiday home is designed to accommodate up to 3 people and features a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and an open-concept kitchen with a dining area and a sleeper sofa. The two holiday apartments, “Usedom” and “Rügen,” each accommodate up to 6 people and, on the upper floor, offer a beautiful view of the islands of Rügen and Usedom when the weather is nice. On the ground floor of each holiday apartment, there is a bathroom with a shower, an open living area with a kitchen, dining area, and sofa bed, as well as access to the shared terrace. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with a double bed and single beds.
Outdoor amenities include parking, a terrace, a garden, and a barbecue area.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
