Loma Linda is a 28 acre nature reserve with Lakes, Rivers, hiking trails, miles of pristine forest. The house is Top construction with native wood doors and furniture. Enjoy the magnificent views of Lake Arenal. The 3 bedroom 3 bath house has privacy, but yet cozy. Everything is here for your comfortable stay. The property has native birds and wildlife for your viewing.
The Loma Linda also has a Lake Rancho, with bar, lights, swing , bed, Music, perfect for entertaining or just relaxing in nature.
Private , comfortable, Spacious, modern . American standard. The Loma Linda is centrally located in Costa Rica. The roads have a few potholes, but are passable with a normal 2 Wheel Drive car. You can drive just over two hours to the beach. La Fortuna is a beautiful drive around the lake Arenal just 40 minutes From the house. Also, you can visit Monteverde, Rio, Celeste waterfall and many other tourist destinations in a very short time. The town of Nuevo Arenal has everything you need. Three grocery stores, pharmacy, bank with ATM, and numerous delicious restaurants. Rosy and I will be here for you, we can also offer you suggestions and information of the area. Our property is one of the most beautiful places we have ever experienced. We welcome nature, loving people to come and join us here in the cloud forest of Costa Rica.

Why they chose this property

This area of Costa Rica is the best weather conditions for comfortable life. The average temperature is 72°, with warm rain, moist, and tropical. It’s never hot here. It’s never cold here, always the perfect temperature. You can be comfortable in your shorts and a T-shirt all year around. The local people are farmers and kind caring people. We have an English speaking church on Sunday at 8:30 in the morning. Come and join us, many good experts and local people.

What makes this property unique

We have been working on this property for over 20 years, making it a natural nature paradise. Lakes filled with various types of fish and freshwater lobster. The house is at the top of a hill with a 360° view of the lake Arenal, fantastic sunrise, and sunset. The cloud forest is a magical place, some days have clouds passing low with the wind. Such a beautiful site. Every day I learned something new, about nature and the flora and Fana. It is so diverse here, the forest has thousands of different species of trees and plants, flowers and hummingbirds surround you.
