Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take out the trash by the black bin located either by the garage or mailbox
Clean the grill after use
Clean up the fire pit area and ensure the fire is completely extinguished.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Swimming, boating, and water activities are at your own risk No lifeguard is on duty. Children must be suprvsd by an adult at all times near water.
Guests assume full responsibility for the safety of all members of their party.
Guests may encounter uneven ground, rocks, and natural shoreline. Do not climb on rocks.
