Great stay in Brixen

We had a great stay in Brixen. Everything was perfect from the communication with the owner to the arrival and the house itself. It has a lot a space, great views and light and really nice interior. We really enjoyed our stay there and can’t wait to be back!

Summer holidays

Villa Chicken is an absolutely beautiful place to stay in a great location. The villa is very well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Felix is a great host - very helpful both pre-visit and during our stay. I would highly recommend Villa Chicken and Bressanone as a place to visit.

Wonderful week in the Dolomites

Everything was wonderful. We pestered Fritz with all kinds of questions as we planned our trip and he responded swiftly and great recommendations. House is wonderful and Brixen is a jewel of a town. City center just an easy short walk. Recommend highly

Great Stay in Bressanone. Felix, Sabine and Michael were very easy to work with, provided great information regarding skiing, the area and restaurants. Perfect checkin/ check out.The villa is just as it appears in the pics. Very comfortable for our group of 8 people. Great views, working fireplace (plenty of wood provided) and hot tub. Well equipped kitchen.We found the location to be very good and central for skiing. About 45 min drive to Val Gardena (the Sellaronda is a must). We tried to ski in Cortina as well but was not possible as it was closing ceremony day for the paralympics.Bressanone is a beautiful town and the villa is a short 10 minute walk (steep downhill/uphill). We would definitely recommend staying here.

Most beautiful vacation rental!

This is probably the nicest holiday rental we have ever stayed in! It’s modern, spacious, with great appliances and a beautiful view of Brixen. We came for a ski trip using the Dolomiti Superski Pass. We skied at Gar Valdena a few days (about 40 minutes away), but our favorite was the PLOSE mountain, just 15 minutes from the house - long, wide slopes. The jacuzzi after skiing was a big plus. There are also ski boot heaters, which we used also to heat our gloves. Don’t hesitate to rent this home. It’s amazing value and the hosts are also very nice!

The perfect place for exploring the Dolomites

Pictures can often exaggerate, but the Villa Chicken (Villa Bressanone) actually outshines the online presentation. The apartement, designed by a famous architect from South Tyrol in the late 1950s is a destination in itself. The house is spacious and rooms are big. Kitchen and living rome are spacious and well equipped. The outdoor area is very nice with a spledid view of Brixen. We were nine people (three generations) and had a wonderful week here in late August. Brixen is a charming town with enough to offer so that you don't need to go further for restaurants or shopping. The distance from Villa Chicken to the city centre is a nice walk of about 10 minutes. Brixen and Villa Chicken is a percect base for exploring the Dolomites, with short distance to various parts of the Dolomites. Host Felix and family was very helpful and provided valuable recommendations for things to do and to explore.

I can't say enough wonderful things about our three-week stay at Villa Chicken. It was the perfect home for our group of six adults and an eight-month-old, offering plenty of space, beautiful furnishings, and breathtaking views from every room. We especially appreciated the air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable.The villa is ideally located within walking distance of the charming old town of Brixen/Bressanone, with its wonderful restaurants, cafés, and shops. Our host, Felix, and his father, Hans, were exceptionally responsive and accommodating, always quick to answer questions and help with any requests. They even thoughtfully provided a crib, high chair, and BabyBjörn bouncer for our infant, which made traveling with a baby so much easier.On evenings when we chose not to dine in town, we loved preparing dinner on the outdoor grill and enjoying our meals on the beautiful patio while taking in the stunning views of the town. After long days of hiking, relaxing in the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind.Villa Chicken exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay in the Dolomites.

Wunderschöne und stilvolle Villa im Zentrum von Brixen

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern (14 und 19 Jahre alt) eine Woche in der Villa Chicken. Das Haus und insbesondere die Einrichtung sind sehr schön und entsprachen vom Stil genau unserem Geschmack. Die Lage auf dem Berg mit Blick ins Tal und auf die Altstadt von Brixen ist fantastisch. Man erreicht den Stadtkern mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß bequem innerhalb von 10 Minuten. Der Rückweg dauert aufgrund des Anstiegs mit 45 Höhenmetern zwar etwas länger, fördert aber die Fitness Wir haben uns hier sofort wohl und ‚zu Hause‘ gefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen. Unabhängig von der Villla Chicken ist die Gegend mit den Bergen und Almen natürlich auch immer eine Reise wert.Insgesamt A und vielen Dank an unsere netten Vermieter!

Wir waren eine siebenköpfige Gruppe und hatten wunderschöne 5 Tage. Es ist ein Ferienhaus mit einer hochklassigen, modernsten Ausstattung und Liebe zu den Details. Traumhafte Unterkunft

Herausragende Gastgeber die einem die Urlaubszeit so schön wie möglich machen. Tolles Haus mit schöner Aussicht auf Brixen. Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Whirlpool war wie beschrieben eine tolle Erholung nach dem Wandern in den Bergen oder dem Bummel in der Stadt. Ich kann die Villa Chicken uneingeschränkt jedem empfehlen!

Een weekje met de familie in Brixen.

We hadden een prima vakantieweek in dit mooie jaren 60 huis. Het huis is zeer mooi ingericht met veel aandacht voor detail. We konden op een zeer comfortabele manier de omgeving bezoeken en 's avonds genieten van het zicht op Brixen vanaf de ruime terrassen rond het huis. Erg vriendelijke gastheer.

Kongress in Brixen

Un endroit à recommander

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines dans cette location fort bien équipée. La vue est splendide. La maison refaite à neuf avec énormément de goût. Tout est en place pour le confort des occupants. Et l'accueil des propriétaires (voisins mais tellement discrets) est formidable : gentils, serviables, de bon conseil tant pour l'organisation que pour les randonnées. Ils sont aux petits soins pour nous aider à passer un excellent moment. Rien à redire si ce n'est Merci!

Super Lage, tolles Haus!

Wunderschön gelegen, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar! Die Ausstattung des Hauses empfanden wir als sehr hochwertig. Ein Pluspunkt wenn man mit zwei Familien anreist war außerdem, es war ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden, so dass wir nicht dauernd spülen mussten! 😉👍🏼

Großzügiges Ferienhaus in toller Lage über der Stadt

Das Ferienhaus ist großzügig geschnitten, in sehr gutem Zustand und sehr gut und vor allem stimming und wertig ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Terrasse, Balkon und Garten sowie Wirlpool machen die attraktive Lage über der Stadt noch besser. Zu Fuß sind es ca 10 Minuten bis in die Altstadt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Das Haus ist optimal für 4-6 Personen, die sich drei Bäder teilen. Achtung: Es gibt einen guten Parkplatz direkt am Haus, ein weiteres Fahrzeug könnte mit dem Parken schwierig werden. Die Zufahrt ist für große Autos recht eng und auch etwas steil.

Lieber Ralf, vielen Dank für die lobenden Worte unserer Ferienvilla, die auf einem Hügel über der Stadt mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf Brixen und das Eisacktal thront. Die Villa ist auf bis zu 8 Personen und ein zusätzliches Kind ausgelegt und verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, die in Einzel- oder Doppelbelegung genützt werden können. Aufgrund der erhöhten Lage ist die Zufahrt zur Villa ca. 50 Höhenmeter bergauf über eine zuletzt einspurig verlaufende Straße befahrbar, Ausweichmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Zur Villa gehören 2 Parkplätze vor dem Haus (einer in der Einfahrt, einer an der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite), die wir nach Bedarf für unsere Gäste zur Verfügung stellen. Zusätzlich verfügen wir seit Oktober über einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz in der benachbarten Wohnhausanlage, der über einen direkten Zugang in die Einfahrt zur Villa Chicken erreichbar ist. Demnächst wird hier auch eine Elektroladestation für die Elektroautos unsere Gäste zur Verfügung stehen. Wir würden uns freuen, sie bald wieder als unsere Gäste zu begrüßen!
