This 600-square-foot duplex (Unit A) features a recently renovated interior with granite countertops, backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. The living area is equipped with a smart thermostat and a pod coffee maker. The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom contains a twin-size bed with a secondary twin trundle that rolls out. Because the house is 600 square feet, please note that when the trundle is in use, it occupies almost all the floor space in the second bedroom. The unit includes a full bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo and an in-unit stacked washer/dryer tower. Guests also have exclusive access to a private backyard and the front porch.

This place is so cute, and it's in a nice, quiet area. You can walk to the Marta, shopping, and it's very close to Little Five Points.
