Clean space, but I would probably note you shouldn't try to put 7 people in here - it's two full beds and a queen, but the couch downstairs can maybe fit a midget, definitely not a full-grown adult. Otherwise, space was decently clean. Only other recommendations I'd offer are to make sure there are enough towels and blankets :)
