Common areas were kept up with the exception of the carpet in the hallway/walkway. Duck tape on used for repairs. The Condo had the following numerous problems; No toilet paper at allVery humid upon arrivalSmelled of mildewDirty cookware (crockpot)Christmas decor still on kitchen counter. Chair leg was broke Light bulbs burnt out in master bathroomDrapes in master not hung properly No WIFI password instructions Lock on balcony door not working Lock on front door had issues with not always locking too. Shower door in master bedroom leaked at bottom. Part of rubber seal was off. Garbage bags very thin/ cheap. The main dumpster for garbage was a couple doors down. It stunk and was not compacted regularly. Maggots all over garbage when we opened the door. One bedroom had queen bed and bunk beds squeezed in. Prohibited access to closetCloset shelf’s above closet appeared to be a catch all for storage. Air filter for air/heat unit very dirtyWould not recommend this Condo.
