Mooie ligging

Op 10 minuten rijden van de skiliften van Marileva en Doalasa. Prima voor 2 gezinnen. Wat verouderde inrichting maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er

Gemütliches Haus mit großem Grundstück

Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund im September in diesem Haus. Gemütliche, wenn auch schon ältere Einrichtung, großes Grundstück und schöner Blick auf die Berge. In Pellizano alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wandermöglichkeiten ab Haus. Hervorzuheben der sehr hilfreiche Hausverwalter G.: Als die Heizung bei einstelligen Nachttemperaturen ausfiel, sorgte er sofort für Radiatoren und verständigte den Besitzer, der schon am Folgetag mit der Heizungsfirma vor Ort war. Sehr effizient!

Bella casa, ma…

Bella casa, ottima posizione e stupendo giardino dove pranzare, ma la biancheria (lenzuola e asciugamani) è francamente inaccettabile: vecchissima, lisa e ruvida. Mancano quasi completamente gli asciugamani da doccia il che crea non poco disagio in chi desidera lavarsi. Anche i divani e le poltrone sono molto vecchi e scomodi (sono tutti sfondati). Insomma un vero peccato perché basterebbe veramente poco per rendere il soggiorno degli ospiti un’esperienza fantastica

Splendida villa a ridosso del bosco

Casa splendida, fornita, grande, luminosa e comoda. Posizione perfetta, ultimo baluardo prima di intraprendere il sentiero dei Caprioli, a ridosso della montagna ma allo stesso tempo a due minuti a piedi dal centro di Pellizzano e dalla pasticceria più famosa della valle.  Potrebbero rendere la casa eccellente dei materassi più nuovi, set di biancheria da bagno adeguati al numero di ospiti e delle cullette per bambini.  G. ci ha accolto con estrema disponibilità e gentilezza.

Ok, aber stark in die Jahre gekommen

- Sehr netter Vermieter der allerdings ausschließlich Italienisch spricht. - Gute Lage des Hauses und eigentlich wie abgebildet auf den Fotos. - Allerdings insgesamt ziemlich dreckig, Ofen nicht geputzt, Staub usw. - keine Spülmaschine vorhanden - uralte Betten - Couchen und Sessel im Wohnzimmer extrem verwohnt - Wlan funktioniert gut

Die Wohnung hat schon eine etwas ältere Möblierung, wie auf den Bildern aber zu erkennen sein müsste. Das Haus ist schön gelegen am Ortsrand mit Wald direkt an den Garten anschließend. Als Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten in der Natur hat es uns gut gefallen. Der Vermieter ist nett, auch wenn die Verständigung nur mit Übersetzungs-App funktioniert hat.
