Clean, family friendly, easy check in. The only thing I’d warn people of is the access to the river from this property. It was hard to get into and out of the river from this location. Especially with kids or older adults.

Tipi and bathroom were better than expected (large,clean and well stocked). This is an older property & needs a little TLC. All the grassy areas were overgrown and had a TON of ants. No direct river access for swimming/splashing. This is a cute,cheap place to stay if you plan to float the river. We will be back once our kids are a little older as this just wasn't a great fit for toddlers.
