Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
*Throw used towels/ hand towels and washcloths, (both bath and kitchen) in the tub for maid to gather.
*Put trash in the trash can by the shed upon leaving
*Be sure to close all sun room windows and lock sunroom door. *Exit the front door and lock on your way out. *Set air conditioner to 78 degrees in summer *Set heat 72 in the winter upon departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking outside only. No smoking in sunroom.
