Haarlem sunny loft, 125 m², with terrace and BBQ

Hello! We are a family of four and would love to welcome you to our home. The house is located on a quiet, charming street with local shops and a coffee bar just around the corner. It’s only a 10-minute walk to the train station and the city centre. From the train station in Haarlem, it’s just a 15-minute ride to Amsterdam Central Station and only 20 minutes to Zandvoort.

On the ground floor is a bright and spacious living room with an open kitchen and dining area, a large family sofa for watching TV or Netflix, and access from the living room to a sunny terrace (facing south—you’ll enjoy the sunset) with a BBQ. There’s a study for working, and for the kids, a PlayStation 4 with various games.

On the second floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 1 is 20 m² and has a double bed (160 x 200). Bedroom 2 is 20 m² and has a double bed (160 x 200). Bedroom 3 is 10 m² and has one bunk bed suitable only for a child.

Towels, bed linens, and cleaning are included.

Free parking is no more than 350 metres from the house; paid street parking is only available for a maximum of 3 hours.

Since we are renting out our own home—not a holiday rental—we only accept (non-smoking) couples and families with positive reviews who will take good care of the house.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Fantastic stay in Haarlem

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. There was plenty of space and the area was lovely. The 10 minute walk to the station was really pretty and the connections to Amsterdam and Rotterdam by train were great.

A comfortable stay in Haarlem

This was a very comfortable home on a nice residential street. Stores and restaurants were very convenient. My family was able to spread out and relax. Maarten was very accommodating and thoughtful. It is located about 12 minute walk to the train station.

Authentic semi-detached house in top location

The contact with Maarten was friendly, courteous and helpful at all times. The location of his apartment in Haarlem was just perfect for us. Baker, butcher, cheese and wine store, supermarket etc. just around the corner. Only 10 minutes (nice) walk to the (even nicer) city center or to the train station to get to Amsterdam in just 15 minutes. It was hard for us to say goodbye and Haarlem will definitely welcome us again.
