Just minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda—Spiaggia del Principe, Liscia Ruja, Capriccioli, Rena Bianca, Marinella, and Grande Pevero—Casa Smeralda By Anthimea is the perfect starting point to discover Sardinia authentically, away from the crowds.



The 50 m² apartment accommodates up to 5 guests and offers a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. Fast Wi-Fi, washing machine, TV, and family-friendly amenities (crib and high chair) ensure a comfortable stay.



The true highlight is the outdoor space: a private covered terrace with mountain views, perfect for outdoor breakfasts and dinners, plus two private balconies. The shared garden with a play area is ideal for families. Pets are not allowed.



The property is part of a complex with seasonal services: shuttle to the beach available for an extra fee, entertainment, kids’ club, bar/restaurant, and sports facilities. The pool is currently closed for maintenance. Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo, San Pantaleo, Golfo Aranci, Palau, and the Maddalena Archipelago are all within easy reach.
