Peaceful setting one story home across from Pond with rear wheelchair ramp less than 5 miles from the Revolutionary War Kettle Creek Battlefield, an affiliated site of the National Park Service. 45 minutes from Augusta, Greensboro and Athens,GA. Close to downtown Washington with historical sites, shopping, restaurants and easy to navigate roads for cycling and walking.
