The apartment is beautiful and spacious with a full well equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. Having laundry in the washroom was very convenient. Karin our host was friendly. The surroundings are quiet except for the hour when Germany won a world Cup soccer game and some neighbors were cheering but who would blame them?

Alles war Bestens. Wir haben dort als Familie Weihnachten verbracht und es wird uns in guter Erinnerung bleiben! Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, alles da, was man so braucht. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen und gleichzeitig ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Natur aber auch ins nahegelegene Passau.

Die Wohnung war noch schöner als beschrieben und abgebildet - hell, freundlich, gemütlich, super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Badewanne hatte schon "Wellnessformat". Der Blick in den Hof mit den Pferden war märchenhaft. Die Kinder haben den Umgang mit den Pferden und das Spielen im Dachgeschoss sehr genossen. Auch die Terrasse mit Grill war großartig und gut ausgestattet. Familie Geiger war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und auf Wunsch für Tipps und Hilfe verfügbar. Die Wohnung bot absolute Ruhe und doch war Passau ruck-zuck zu erreichen. Für uns geht's nicht besser und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super schöner Urlaub

Wir waren mit Freunden und drei kleinen Kindern bei Familie Geiger zu Gast und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber man ist mit dem Auto super schnell in Passau und auch die Westernstadt ist einen Besuch wert. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen 😊

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Man kommt von in kurzer Zeit sowohl nach Passau als auch in den bayerischen Wald. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Städteurlaub

Sind in Passau, Linz,Salzburg,Regensburg und zum Mattsee gefahren. War sehr interessant und sehenswert. Die Familie Geiger war sehr nett. In Tiefenbach sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edika und Netto. Auch ein Biobecker gibt es da. Eine Tankstelle ist auch im Ort wie eine Bankfiliale. Kleiner tipp. In der Einkaufspassage in Passau gibt es mega leckere Haxen zum mitnehmen..

Great stay in a beautiful area

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were so kind and the property was perfect for our needs. Very kid friendly. Nice and quiet, but still close to everything.

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Die Ferienwohnung der Familie Geiger liegt in einer wunderschönen Umgebung, von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Ausblick und der Hof ist sehr idyllisch. Der alte Dielenboden ist eher rustikal (Achtung beim barfuß Laufen!), aber dadurch ist die Wohnung sehr gemütlich und man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Auch unseren Kindern (7, 9, 11 und 13 Jahre alt) hat es auf dem Hof mit Pferden und Hühnern rundum gut gefallen. Der Kontakt zur Familie Geiger war sehr gut, es war immer ein Ansprechpartner da und als es einmal ein Problem gab (Klo verstopft), wurde dieses sofort gelöst. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
