The home is ideally located just a quick 15 minutes from the villages of Southampton, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor and nearby beaches. Sitting on a full acre and nestled into a private nature preserve, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home boasts designer furnishings with local flair throughout, offering guests all the comforts expected of an upscale vacation home. The kitchen is great for serving up meals with two ovens, new 5 burner cooktop, new refrigerator appliances, plus a granite peninsula with stools for easy entertaining. The open concept great room boasts a dining room seating 8-12 comfortably and a dramatic living room with vaulted ceiling and hand crafted fireplace two comfy bay window nooks overlooking the landscaped grounds, pool area and nature preserve beyond. Imagine yourself sitting in front of the fireplace or cozied up with your latest summer read, rose in hand. The home features four large bedrooms; first floor with queen bed plus working desk (in case you’ve got a WFH guest in your party) plus a fully renovated bathroom on first floor. Second floor features a second bedroom with queen bedded room with large walk in closet, a third guest room with two queen beds (great for kids or guests), also equipped with a Peloton bike.
