The owners live on the property. They were friendly. The place was clean. They have everything that I needed, and I may have forgotten to pack. The only thing was I was not able to control the air-conditioning or the heat. The apartment is in the basement of the house so I had to continuously bother the owner because it was too cold and the Wi-Fi kept chipping in and out every 20 to 30 minutes.

We were given the wrong address on the listing and the real address was something else. It was in the basement of the unit that others were actively noisy in and kept us up all night with loud footsteps and playing music. Also smelled of weed. The pool on property was not properly secured and we were worried for our children.

This is a wonderfully appointed apartment. It feels very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. It was clean and well decorated. Small details like charging docks and spices were included.

It’s a nice little place. I guess the only odd thing is that the place is located in the back of the house. It’s like a converted basement of sorts and people occupied the other part of the house. Usually with VRBO you are the only occupant in the home so it was def a different experience.
