Great apartment

Overall, the apartment was lovely, very clean and comfortable. It was in the perfect location for us driving to Cologne and down the Mosel Valley to Trier. Host was incredibly attentive and gave very detailed instructions of where to park, how to enter the apartment, and great suggestions of where to eat and visit. The grocery store is literally a two minute walk away. We enjoyed shopping there and making our own dinners in the apartment.

Direkt vor dem Hauseingang der Ferienwohnung ist eine Bushaltestelle - mit zwei Buslinien kommt man schnell ins ZentrumHinter dem Haus liegt ein Aldi (bis 21:00 Uhr geöffnet)Die Betten sind 1,40m breit, was bei einer Belegung der Wohnung mit 4 Personen nicht ganz optimal ist Die Wohnung ist sauber. Der Wasserdruck für‘s Duschen ist gut.

Das Apartment war genau wie inseriert. Eine genaue Beschreibung der Anfahrt hat uns direkt zum Objekt geführt. Eine Bushaltestelle genau vor der Haustür mit direkter Anbindung ans Zentrum. Alles bestens! Danke wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, empfehlenswert

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge genutzt, sowohl per Auto als auch mit dem Bus. Die Lage ist relativ zentral und eine Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür.Die Einrichtung hat uns gut gefallen. Wir würden sie wieder mieten.

Wir waren das zweite Mal bei Olga zu Gast und es war einfach schön. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und es war einfach alles da, was man braucht um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen :) Olga ist super freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und war immer für uns erreichbar. Absolute Empfehlung

Bewertung Aufenthalt Tropical Koblenz Moselweißer Str. 117-119

Die Ferienwohnung war heiss als wir am 19.06.2025 gegen 14:00 eintrafen.Wie wir einen Tag später feststellten gab es zwar Spülmaschinentabs aber Klarspüler und Salz waren aufgebraucht und hätten in die Maschine aufgefüllt werden müssen.Bei Vertragsabschluß war das Appartment nicht genau genug bestimmt. Es fehlte die Adresse, das Stockwerk und um welches Appartment es handelte. Damit ist streng genommen kein Mietvertrag zustande gekommen, weil die Bezeichnung des Mietobjektes nicht klar im Mietvertrag beschrieben war. Man kann sich hier ganz einfach über Google über das deutsche Mietrecht informieren. Wenn man storniert, ist mir nicht klar, warum eine Endreinigung zu bezahlen ist. Es ist ja nichts verschmutzt worden. Der Mieter wird hier eindeutig zu schlecht gestellt.In den Niederlanden bin ich es gewohnt, wenn die Wohnung selbst gereinigt wurde, die Endreinigung erstattet wurde. Auch hier wird der Mieter schlechter gestellt als international üblich. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass die Ferienwohnung auch mittels Überweisung vom Girokonto bezahlt werden kann. Zum anderen würde ich mir eine Unterstützung von Wero wünschen.

Schöne Wohnung. Perfekt für 4 Erwachsene und ein verlängertes Wochenende

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben - modern eingerichtet, hell und sauber. Man bekommt alle notwendigen Informationen vorab und fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Die Wohnung liegt nicht ganz zentral, aber wer Bewegung nicht scheut, der ist hier gut aufgehoben. In die Stadt kommt man gut zu Fuß. Einen schönen Weg gibt es an der Mosel. Um die Ecke gibt es genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, wobei in der Altstadt kulinarisch mehr geboten wird. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Urlaub in Koblenz

Koblenz ist eine Reise wert. Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Vor der Unterkunft ist gleich die Bushaltestelle. Sehr praktisch, wenn man mit der DB anreist. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Ich persönlich hätte mir eine Filterkaffeemaschine und einen Toaster gewünscht.

Schöne,moderne Wohnung

Olga war eine tolle Gastgeberin,sie hat alles möglich gemacht.Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und neu renoviert mit einem großzügigen Balkon.Parkplätze waren kein Problem,Zentrum sehr nah,ein Bus fuhr vor der Tür ab.Dee Ausblick war leider nucht so schön.

Es fehlte eine kaffeemaschiene die die daa war finde ich nicht so toll. Es wäre schön gewesen wenn für die bedienung des fehrnsehers schrieftlich vor liegt. So war es sehr schön danke . Ein weinglas war defekt das haben wir entsorgt.

Klare Weiterempfehlung

Wir hatten die Tropical- und Marvel-Wohnungen für ein Wochenende gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Ferienwohnungen sind wie abgebildet sehr modern und sauber. Die Erstausstattung war super und mit der Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür ist man schnell in der Altstadt. In der Tropical- Wohnung waren leider nur die großen Duschhandtücher und klitzekleine Gästehandtücher. Bei einem Telefonat mit der netten Gastgeberin hat sich herausgestellt, dass die Handtücher für Gesicht/Haare scheinbar von den Reinigungskräften vergessen worden sind. Schade, dass die Betten in den großen Schlafzimmern auch „nur“ 140 cm breit sind. Der Platz für ein 180cm-Bett wäre auf jeden Fall da. Aber das war kein Manko für uns. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnungen uneingeschränkt weiter.

Urlaub in der Stadt

Die Zeit in Koblenz haben wir genossen. Es ist eine sehr schöne Stadt. Die Wohnung liegt mit ca. 1,5 km nah am Stadtzentrum sowie am Bahnhof. Koblenz war für uns während des Aufenthaltes auch Startpunkt für Ausflüge entlang des Rheins.

Mit Freunden in Koblenz

Unser Aufenthalt in Koblenz war leider durch den Busfahrerstreik etwas mühsam. Dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten viel Spaß. Die Wohnung war grundsätzlich super, nur das Sofa lässt wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Ich musste meine Abende auf dem Stuhl verbringen, weil ich Angst hatte mir den Rücken zu schädigen. Noch ein kleiner Tipp, größere Kaffeetassen mit Henkel wären prima!

Schöne Ostertage, immer wieder gerne!

Wir haben über die Ostertage 6 schöne Tage in Koblenz verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Besonders haben uns auch die elektrischen Rollläden gefallen. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es Rewe, Aldi, DM, Kik und eine Bushaltestelle. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Über einen Schokohasen mit einer persönlichen Karte haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles.
