In the modern, fully equipped kitchen—featuring a conventional oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer combo, coffee makers, a kettle, a blender, and much more—you can enjoy your meals in the rustic dining area.<br> The outdoor area on the west side of our historic farmhouse, featuring a furnished sun terrace in the middle of a garden with lush vegetation and mature trees, a fire pit, a charcoal grill, sun loungers, deck chairs, and a parasol—is an oasis of relaxation.<br><br> Spacious, bright 95-square-meter duplex holiday apartment for 4 people in the western part of the historic house, featuring an open-concept living and sleeping area spread over two floors (ground floor 40 square metres + attic 18 square metres). <br> The living area features 2 comfortable sofas (a 3-seater and a 2-seater with an ottoman) that invite you to relax. Large flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and a sleeping area with a 180x200 cm double bed for a restful night’s sleep.<br> On the ground floor (fully equipped with Solnhofen limestone and underfloor heating) is the new kitchen-living area with an oven and ceramic cooktop, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Tassimo capsule machine, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, electric hand mixer, immersion blender, blender, plenty of pots and pans, dishes and glasses, as well as spices. Dishwasher tablets, dish soap, paper towels, and trash bags are also included.<br> You can enjoy your meals at the rustic dining table with a bench and chairs.<br> The modern bathroom features a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine and dryer (free of charge), along with laundry detergent, a hair dryer, and toilet paper. In the small storage room, you’ll find various cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, a clothes drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board.<br> On the upper floor (18 square metres with solid wood parquet flooring), you’ll find a high-quality sleeper sofa for two people in the loft (size: 140 x 200 cm), a pool table, a small bar with a drink refrigerator, and a lounge area with an extra sofa and radio to keep things interesting.<br> For our youngest guests, we’re happy to provide a cot, high chair, and toys upon request.<br> Bed linens, towels, and tea towels are, of course, provided free of charge.<br> The entire apartment is equipped and furnished to be allergy-friendly.<br> Unterpirach is a small rural hamlet with five houses, surrounded by meadows and forests. On the southern edge of the village, you’ll enjoy an idyllic stay in the western part of a historic farmhouse dating back to 1714. The relocated farmhouse was completely rebuilt in 1997. Quality, comfort, and high technical standards are therefore guaranteed. Located 3 km north of Obing and 14 km north of Lake Chiemsee, this is an ideal starting point for biking or hiking tours. Numerous beautiful swimming lakes in the Chiemgau Lake District are in the immediate vicinity.<br> The former farmhouse, which is a designated historic landmark, was built by Jakob Oswald in 1714. In 1997, the farmhouse was relocated from the town centre to the southern outskirts of Unterpirach, and the ground floor was completely rebuilt in the process. Great emphasis was placed on using traditional, high-quality building materials. Nevertheless, modern amenities—such as underfloor heating—were not overlooked. The result is a comfortable, cosy home with a high standard of amenities, where guests can relax and feel truly at home.
