Our newly renovated holiday home in South Holland, near the border with Zeeland in Herkingen, is just 250 metres from the sea and can accommodate up to 6 people and up to two dogs.

The new holiday home in Herkingen has been completely renovated!
The Garden:
The large patio features a seating area and garden lounge, sun loungers, a parasol, a grill, and a garden shed with a view of the greenery. The garden has been completely re-fenced with a 1.40-meter-high fence.
The house is located right on the edge of the park and is very quiet.
The highlight of the garden is the new barrel sauna with a wood-burning stove for exclusive use.
The Park:
From May through September, the
Park features an outdoor swimming pool for all ages.

The house:
is spread over two floors and laid out as follows.
On the ground floor is a large open area with a kitchen, dining room, and living room featuring beautiful furniture.

The completely new bathroom includes a shower, overhead showerhead, sink, mirrored cabinet, and a raised wall-mounted toilet. There is also a skylight.
Bedroom 1
features a bunk bed, a closet, and a chair.
Bedroom 2
has a double bed, a closet, a chair, and a mirror.

The new kitchen:

there’s just one bedroom, accessible via a staircase.
We think it’s really beautiful and cosy. It’s painted entirely white, including the wooden floorboards.
Guests must bring their own bedding—pillowcases, sheets, blankets, and mattress covers—as well as towels. !!
The tourist tax must be paid on site: 2.50 per day per person. For dogs, 3 euros per day; this must be paid before arrival.
