My deer House - Green retreat for the whole family

Time out at the beautiful Wörthsee in the 5 lakes region at the gates of Munich. This unique holiday home in the middle of nature was lovingly renovated in 2022 according to the latest standards. Surrounded by meadows and the edge of the forest, we can call approx. 40 deer our closest neighbours. 3,000 square metres of fenced private park, protected by trees and hedges, are at your exclusive disposal. The picturesque Wörthsee is only 5 minutes away by bike. Munich can be reached in 45 minutes.
The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2022. With approx. 60 sqm of living space, it offers room for max. 5 guests. It comprises an open living, kitchen and dining area with sofa bed and pellet stove, 2 bedrooms each with a 1.60m wide double bed as well as a bathroom in modern design, new kitchen equipped with high-quality kitchen utensils and brand appliances (dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, Nespresso Machine, etc.), partly underfloor heating, several seating areas in the garden, covered terrace with open fireplace as well as fire bowl with barbecue grill. Four new bikes are available for free.
The private park with old trees borders a private deer enclosure to the west, a fenced fish pond surrounded by trees to the north and the edge of the forest to the south. This property is not only a holiday paradise for children, where they can discover the large grounds anew every day. Adults can also relax in this quiet place and forget the stress of everyday life far away from the hustle and bustle. Wake up in the morning and watch the deer grazing from your bed 8 metres away.
The picturesque Wörthsee can be reached in 5 minutes by bike. The last EU classification showed excellent bathing water quality. Numerous restaurants, bathing places and kiosks can be found on the shore.
The internationally renowned Wörthsee Golf Club is only a few minutes away.
Half an hour away, a varied day can be spent at Skyline Park, Bavaria's largest amusement park. A few kilometres down the road, you will find the Circus-Krone-Farm. This is where the animals of the world-famous Circus Krone spend their well-deserved twilight years.
The holiday home is 5 minutes away from the motorway exit "Wörthsee" of the A96. Thanks to the extensive renovation of the Etterschlager Tunnel in 2021, you won't hear nothing of it. The Bavarian Capital of Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by car and in 45 minutes by S-Bahn. The bus stop that connects the holiday home with the nearby S-Bahn stations in a few minutes is located at the end of the driveway.
Vehicles can be parked directly in front of the gate as well as inside the fenced area in front of the house.
Quick errands as well as extensive weekly shopping can be done at the EDEKA supermarket 300m away.
