Likewise, this house is located between the Ardèche with its sublime gorges, on the heights of the flourishing and fortified city of Montélimar, the capital of nougat, on 1000 m² of lawn, and a large sun terrace with a shaded part that offers a beautiful view of the city.

Nearby are the villages of Puygiron, Sauzet, Savasse and Marsanne, the artisan land of Dieulefit, the remains of the medieval castle of Rochemaur with its magnificent panorama. Furthermore, the Renaissance castle of Gignan, the magnificent wine route of the Côtes du Rhône, which winds through the lavender fields and olive trees.
