Step out the door onto the lakeside bike path—stroll or pedal toward downtown Tahoe City (just 5 min). Take the first left on the scenic trail to “The Tee Dock,” a beloved local spot where everyone gathers to swim, fish, jump in, or simply soak up the sun on the public pier. Lake life at its best, right from your doorstep!

PET POLICY
• Not pet friendly. This listing does not allow any pets on the property for medical reasons.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECKOUT
• Requests are subject to availability.


OCCUPANCY & PARKING
• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. No overnight guests beyond the registered 6
• Strictly no overnight visitors.
• Parking limit: Maximum of 3 cars at the house at any time strictly enforced. No boats or trailers on property at any time. No street parking at any time

UPPER DECK & AMENITIES
• Do not leave children unattended on the deck.
• The barbecue and deck furniture are winterized/stored and only available from late spring through early fall (weather permitting).

WINTER STORMS & SAFETY
• Power Outages: We are not responsible for interruptions caused by utility providers or weather.
• Winter Driving: Roads may require snow chains or 4WD with snow tires.
• Snow Management: Snowplows operate frequently. Do not park on the street during snow events; please use designated plowed parking areas.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events.
• No refunds provided for snow, road conditions, or weather-related disruptions.
• No refunds for COVID-19, forest fires, or smoke-related conditions.

DEPARTURE
• Thermostat must be set to 55 degrees when vacating the home.
